- Log on to IRAS Website at www.iras.gov.sg
- Click on 'LOGIN' on the top right corner of the page
- Click on 'Login to myTax portal' and Login for 'Personal Tax Matters' with 'SingPass' or 'IRAS PIN', depending on which login method you prefer, and key in your login details
- Under 'Notices', click on 'Individual' and select the required Notice of Assessment(s)

If necessary, please submit the statement even if it reflects there are no contributions/transactions. Please click download instead of right-click to save or print whenever such button is available, as many banks and lenders would prefer these documents to be in PDF.
As what you see on your screen and download might be different (depending on how the website configures it) - should the pdf not include some identifying information such as your name, on the page, then you should attach a screenshot of it along with the pdf. When attaching a screenshot, please try to take the whole page so that your Financing Partner can put two and two together (screenshot and pdf) and know that they belong to the same person.
Foreigners who have not been taxable in Singapore can request a "No Income Tax Return" letter from IRAS and attach that instead. However, you may want to read, "Can a foreigner/S Pass [Employment Pass(EP)/Work Permit(WP) holder take a loan in Singapore?" before that.
