As what you see on your screen and download might be different, depending on how the website configured it, you should try to open the downloaded pdf to ensure you have provided the requested information, and only when the pdf does not download some information on the page then you should attach a screenshot of it along with the pdf. When attaching a screenshot, please try to take the whole page so that your Financing Partner can put two and two together (screenshot and pdf) and know that they belong to the same person.
