I cannot receive notification for my chat with the Financing Partner

To be notified whenever there is a new chat message, please allow notifications on your browser or whitelist only our website's notifications. 

To test if your notifications are working properly, go to any chat and click on "Test Push Notification" (see under " i " button for mobile). Else, the following additional steps may be required, depending on your devices:

Here is how to enable notifications on Safari /Chrome /Edge for desktop.

Do not disturb setting on your desktop will override any browser notification.
For Mac : Go spotlight/search -> notification
For Window's notification control panel, click here.

iOS requires you to add a website to your bookmark before it sends you a notification. Please see the steps here.
Android : On the right of the browser's address bar, tap More More and then Settingsand then Site settings and then Notifications.
For some mobile browsers, it can also be Settings and then Privacy and then Site settings and then Notifications  

You need not keep a window with FindTheLoan.com opened or logged in for the notification to go through.

If you do not see the Message button, there might be the possibility that your browser has an extension that might be blocking some elements of the website, which can be easily solved by using another browser.
